**Job Title: General Duty Attender (Home Visits)**

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct home visits to patients as scheduled, ensuring punctuality and professionalism.
- Assist patients with daily living activities, including personal hygiene, meal preparation, and mobility support.
- Monitor and report changes in patients' conditions to the healthcare team.
- Maintain a safe and clean environment for patients.
- Provide emotional support and companionship to patients and their families.
- Assist with basic medical tasks as directed by healthcare professionals, including administering medications and taking vital signs.
- Document and maintain accurate records of patient care and observations.
- Collaborate effectively with nurses, doctors, and other healthcare staff to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Adhere to all safety and health regulations.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; certification in nursing or caregiving is a plus.
- Previous experience in home care, nursing, or a related field preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Compassionate, patient, and empathetic nature.
- Basic knowledge of medical terminology and procedures is an advantage.
- Willingness to travel to different patient homes within Hyderabad.
