Team Lead AT - Network Projects/Change Management

**Job Purpose
To perform risk evaluation, detailed understanding, initiate planning, designing and lead execution of RA validation (configuration & test calling artefacts) for all Voice and Data NW Projects/Technical up-grades in collaboration with Cross functional teams including Technology Partners for timely and error free delivery support besides ensuring that the changes in the system and processes are as per business/technology requirements with no impact to revenue, reporting, customer experience and regulatory implications.

**Areas/Accountabilities
- **Advanced baseline feasibility assessment**, delta analysis to understand the proposed changes in systems and processes and perform business risk evaluation, planning and designing RA checks with an objective to secure revenues, customer experience and regulatory compliances.
- **Technical knowhow** to understand and accommodate inputs from different and complex NW technologies to make necessary recommendations for system level changes, reports and process changes to mitigate any risk identified.
- **Initiate, drive and align teams** with planned validation approach and design the test scenarios to ensure robust controls.
- Explain, drive and lead the RA test scenarios and get the testing executed by CS UAT PF Team.
- **Problem solving and Decision making** based on validation of the configuration changes and test scenarios and release go / no go decisions for the change implementation within the agreed TAT to ensure business KPI deliverables to management.
- **Collaboration and agility**: to build and maintain a strong partnership and communication with cross functional teams for seamless implementation. Close co-ordination with Technology Partners for timely understanding and trouble shooting. Recommend possible solutions basis experience in implementations
- **Accountability of process governance and compliance**:Process formalization** **and compliance with SOP to ensure policy governance, control assurance and reasonable assurance of financial risk.

- Minimum of 7 to 10 years of experience in Telecom
- Analytical skills & eye for detail
- Good System knowledge for Telecom (preferably CS Core Network)
- Should be versatile in handling multi
- vendor systems
- Inter personal skills and good communication
- Team player

**Must have technical / professional qualifications
Graduate (Engineer / IT or other streams) with an MBA/CA/ICWAI add on.
