**Marketing Technology Coordinator (Remote)**
**Job Summary & Objectives**
The Marketing Technology Specialist is responsible for maintaining the integrity and quality of data in the Firm’s CRM system (InterAction), as well as management of Firm e-marketing distributions. The Marketing Technology Specialist is also responsible for managing and supporting the needs of both the marketing team and our internal clients across the Firm to help ensure these technologies are understood, well integrated and widely adopted within the Marketing department and across the Firm.
**This is a fully remote position.**
**Duties**
- Manage data change management (“DCM”) inbox, and proactively look for process improvements or technology improvements that will enhance the data management process.
- Create and distribute internal and external e-communications, including invitations, newsletters, announcements, client alerts, white papers, and blogs.
- Enhance database by profiling top clients, creating activities, establishing relationships, and adding notes.
- Work closely with the Business Development, Design, and Communication teams within the Marketing department.
- Perform complex client and contact searches to meet the needs of marketing and business development.
- Create new reports designed to enhance user experience and provide the best information available.
- Other duties as assigned.

**Education**
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems/Technology, Marketing, or equivalent experience preferred.

**Experience**
- 3 plus years of professional information services and/or marketing experience and deep experience and understanding of the key marketing technologies currently being used in professional services.

**Communication Skills**
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

**Competencies**
- Strong understanding of business and professional services environment.
- Project management skills.
- Service mentality to internal and external clients.
- Demonstrated understanding of business development, marketing, website and event marketing.
- Deep experience with database and knowledge management technologies, as well as list and contact management services/technologies.
- Experience with Dreamweaver or other HTML editors.
- Meticulous attention to detail.

**Physical Demands**
- Ability to sit for long periods of time, type and handle light lifting.
