We empower visionary founders with strategic capital, deep operational expertise, and a hands-on approach to technology, brand development, and business enablement. We’re currently looking for a Venture Growth Intern to join our on-site team in Mohali. This role provides a front-row seat to the venture capital ecosystem, with direct exposure to deal sourcing, startup outreach, marketing, investor relations, and strategic research. Key Responsibilities 1. Deal Sourcing & Outreach Identify and track high-potential startups aligned with the firm's investment thesis. Maintain and update CRM systems to manage pipeline and engagement. 2. Marketing & Platform Support Draft and schedule content for newsletters, social media, and partner communications. Support digital campaigns and brand visibility initiatives. Contribute to events, partnerships, and community-building activities. 3. Investor Relations Support Prepare reports and updates for partners and stakeholders. Assist in coordinating investor communications and maintaining documentation. Contribute to the upkeep of investor data rooms and internal materials. 4. Research & Strategic Projects Conduct market and sector research to support investment decisions. Create internal briefs, benchmarking reports, and competitive analyses. Assist in projects related to portfolio growth and firm-level strategy. **Qualifications**: Recent graduate with a strong interest in startups, venture capital, or finance. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational and research skills. Proficiency with Google Workspace, Excel, and CRM tools. Availability to work full-time on-site from our Mohali office. Preferred (Nice to Have) Internship or project experience with a startup, accelerator, VC firm, or consultancy. Exposure to investor communications or ecosystem outreach. Familiarity with emerging technology sectors. Outgoing, extroverted personality with a proactive "go-getter" attitude.
