Venture Growth Intern
Location: On-site — Mohali, Punjab
Internship Term: 3-6 months
Start Date: Immediate (15 days Max)

Key Responsibilities
1. Deal Sourcing & Outreach
Identify and track high-potential startups aligned with the firm’s investment focus
Maintain and organize CRM data to track engagement and pipeline status
2. Marketing & Platform Support
Assist with drafting and distributing content for newsletters, social media, and ecosystem communications
Support digital campaigns, brand awareness efforts, and founder-facing initiatives
Contribute to events, ecosystem partnerships, and community-building activities
3. Investor Relations Support
Assist in preparing materials for partners and founders, including updates and performance reports
Help coordinate investor communications and maintain reporting documentation
Contribute to the development and upkeep of internal investor data rooms and materials
4. Research & Strategic Projects
Conduct market and industry research to support investment theses
Assist in the preparation of internal briefs, benchmarking reports, and competitive analysis
Support strategic initiatives related to portfolio companies and firm growth

**Qualifications**:
Recent graduate, with a strong interest in startups, finance, or venture capital
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational and research capabilities
Proficiency with tools such as Google Workspace, Excel, and CRM platforms
Willingness to work full-time on-site from our Mohali office
Preferred Qualifications
Previous internship or project experience with a startup, accelerator, VC firm, or consultancy (nice to have but not mandatory)
Exposure to investor communications or startup ecosystem outreach
Familiarity with emerging technology sectors
Outgoing and extrovert with a go get it approach
