Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Sales Executive to manage leads from online platforms such as IndiaMART and Justdial. The Sales Executive will be responsible for transferring leads to the relevant department executives, tracking progress,, maintain accurate records, and ensuring timely follow-ups. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and CRM tools is required to maintain accurate records and streamline the lead management process. This role offers a competitive salary with additional performance-based incentives.
**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Lead Management**:
- Handle incoming leads from IndiaMART, Justdial, and other online platforms.
- Evaluate and categorize leads based on their requirements.
- Transfer leads promptly to the appropriate department executives.
**2. CRM Management**:
- Update and manage lead information in the company’s CRM system.
- Track lead progress and maintain detailed notes in the CRM.
- Generate CRM reports for lead analysis and performance evaluation
**3. Follow-Up**:
- Regularly follow up on transferred leads to ensure timely responses and conversions.
- Coordinate with department executives to track lead progress and address any delays.
**4. Data Management**:
- Maintain detailed records of all leads, their status, and follow-up actions in Microsoft Excel & CRM.
- Prepare periodic reports to track lead conversion rates and performance metrics.
**5. Communication**:
- Act as the primary point of contact for any lead-related queries.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless lead management process.
**6. Process Improvement**:
- Suggest and implement improvements to the lead management process.
- Stay updated on new features or changes in IndiaMART and Justdial to optimize lead handling.

**Qualifications and Skills**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales or lead management, preferably in handling IndiaMART and Justdial leads.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel (data entry, formulas, pivot tables, and reporting) & CRM Tools.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Familiarity with CRM tools.
