Job Description.

1. Coordinate and facilitate the export and import of goods, ensuring compliance with customs regulations and trade laws.

2. Prepare and review shipping documentation.

3. Arrange transportation, freight forwarding, and logistics services to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of goods.

4. Communicate with suppliers, vendors, freight forwarders, and customs agents to track shipments and resolve any issues or delays.

5. Ensure accurate and complete record-keeping of all import and export transactions and maintain proper documentation.

6. Stay updated on changes in international trade regulations, tariffs, and customs requirements.

7. Provide guidance and support to internal teams on export and import compliance, documentation, and procedures.

8. Collaborate with internal as sales and finance, to ensure smooth execution of import and export processes.

9. Monitor and track shipments, update relevant systems or databases, and provide regular status updates to stakeholders.

10. Develop and implement strategies for cost savings and efficiency improvements.

**Ability to commute/relocate**:

- Mohali, Punjab: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required).

**Education**:
Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain management, or related field

**Experience**:

- 10-15 Years

- English, Hindi
