Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

- Visit and engage with small businesses in assigned areas to promote sustainable packaging solutions
- Conduct product demonstrations and explain benefits of compostable packaging
- Build relationships with local business owners and decision-makers
- Collect market feedback and identify potential customers
- Maintain detailed records of visits and follow-ups
- Help businesses transition from plastic to sustainable packaging
- Achieve weekly/monthly targets for business outreach
- Report insights about market trends and customer needs
- Learn and implement effective sales techniques
- Support in local market research and competitor analysis
- Confident in face-to-face communication
- Comfortable walking/traveling in local areas
- Passionate about sustainability
- Goal-oriented and self-motivated
- Ready to learn and grow in sales
- Available for full-time commitment

we will give you a renumeration after completion of the internship after 4 month and if you perfrom well, we will offer you a permanent Job.
