This role offers a great opportunity to build a career in the renewable energy sector and contribute to India’s growing solar industry.Key Responsibilities:Assist in developing and executing solar sales strategies across assigned regions.Identify, generate, and manage leads for solar EPC projects.Support distributor/dealer network development and maintain strong customer relationships.Coordinate with internal teams for proposals, quotations, and project execution.Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities.Track and analyse sales performance during the probation and training period.Training & Growth:Probation Period: 3 Months TrainingPerformance Evaluation: Successful completion of training will lead to confirmation.Career Path: Promotion & increments applicable as per company norms.Eligibility Criteria:Qualification: MBA in Marketing (Freshers preferred).Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Willingness to travel across locations.Passion for sales and renewable energy sector.Compensation & Terms:CTC: ₹2.4 LPA
