**Executive
- Accounts**:

- Posting and processing journal entries to ensure all business transactions are recorded.
- Update accounts receivable and issue invoices.
- Update accounts payable and perform reconciliations.
- Assist in the processing of balance sheets, income statements and other financial statements according to legal and company accounting and financial guidelines.
- Assist with reviewing of expenses, payroll records etc. as assigned.
- Update financial data in databases to ensure that information will be accurate and immediately available when needed.
- Prepare and submit monthly reports.
- Prepare MIS.
- Understanding of financial ratios and providing insights to the management on monthly basis.
- File monthly and yearly GST returns.
- Timely filing of TDS and monthly TDS payments.
- Assist CA in the preparation of yearly closings.
- Maintain cash book on monthly basis.
- Finalization of books of accounts on a monthly basis.
- Finalization of books of accounts annually for Income-tax.
- Finalization of annual accounts of all the group companies.
- Supervision of day-to-day accounting.
- Supervision and participation in any type of audit.
- Stay up to date on government rules and policies that have direct or indirect impact on our accounting practices.
- Any other assigned tasks for this job function.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
