**Job Summary**:
The Food & Beverage Controller will oversee all aspects of food and beverage operations, focusing on inventory management, cost control, and financial analysis. This role is essential in ensuring that our restaurant and brewery operates efficiently while maximizing profitability.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Monitor and control food and beverage costs, including inventory management and pricing strategies.
- Conduct regular audits of inventory and prepare reports on stock levels and variances.
- Collaborate with the culinary and service teams to develop budgets and financial forecasts.
- Analyze financial data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Implement and maintain standard operating procedures for food and beverage operations.
- Assist in the training and development of staff regarding cost control and inventory management.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience as a Food & Beverage Controller or in a similar financial role in the hospitality industry.
- Strong understanding of food and beverage operations and cost management.
- Proficient in financial software and Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
