**Position Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct a structured 3-day workshop covering Six Sigma Green Belt principles, including the DMAIC methodology.
- Facilitate practical, hands-on exercises to reinforce key concepts and methodologies.
- Simplify statistical tools and analysis to ensure participant understanding, using real-world examples.
- Tailor training approaches to accommodate various learning styles and professional backgrounds.
- Answer questions, provide feedback, and encourage active participation.
- Evaluate participant performance and provide constructive feedback.

**Qualifications**:

- Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification; experience in delivering Six Sigma training.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in statistical analysis tools and Six Sigma methodologies.
- Ability to engage and motivate participants with diverse professional backgrounds.
