**Introduction**:

- This role requires front ending Ops Transformation support for Corporate Banking Operations at BX India. This role will directly contribute towards the transformation agenda by identifying improvement opportunities and executing them.

What will you be doing?
- Key accountability from this role is as follows:

- Process improvement (60%)
- Project management (20%)
- Stakeholder management (20%)

**What we’re looking for**:

- Minimum process re-engineering / transformation related experience
- Understanding of Corporate Banking processes
- Expertise in value Stream Mapping, identifying process wastes, robotic opportunities and end to end stakeholder and project management.
- Proficiency in IBM Blueworks or another mainstream process mapping tool
- Understanding and experience of managing operational risks and controls
- Understanding of and exposure to project management disciplines and techniques

**Skills that will help you in the role**:
Exposure of various automation tools like Blue Prism, UI path, Appian, Appzillon etc. and should be adept in carrying out discovery exercises independently
