**Job Summary**:
The applicant will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to attract prospective parents and ensure the retention of current families. This role will also manage relationships with parents, offering exceptional customer service to ensure satisfaction with the daycare services. Also, the applicant would be responsible to manage kids and their tasks as per the need.

**Client Services**:

- **Serve as the primary point of contact** for new and existing parents, addressing inquiries and providing information about enrollment, programs, and services.
- **Foster relationships with parents** to ensure a positive experience, assisting with communication between parents and staff.
- **Handle parent concerns and feedback** professionally, ensuring timely resolution of issues.
- **Assist with enrollment processes** and orientation for new families, ensuring a smooth onboarding experience.
- **Organize and participate in parent-teacher meetings, events, and family engagement initiatives.**:

- **Maintain up-to-date records of client interactions** and ensure accurate client data management.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in marketing, customer service, or a similar role, ideally in the education or childcare sector.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing and social media platforms.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven ability to develop and nurture client relationships.
- Organizational skills and attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple projects.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience working in the preschool or daycare industry.
- Knowledge of early childhood education trends and family engagement strategies.
