**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Curriculum Delivery**:

- Plan, prepare, and implement engaging and interactive lessons in line with the school’s early childhood education curriculum.
- Develop activities that foster children's physical, emotional, social, and cognitive growth.
- Use creative teaching methods such as storytelling, games, songs, arts, crafts, and play-based learning to engage children.
- **Child Development**:

- Support the developmental needs of children by promoting language, motor skills, problem-solving, and social interaction.
- Monitor and document children's progress, identifying areas where additional support may be needed.
- Encourage curiosity, exploration, and a love for learning in young children.
- **Classroom Environment**:

- Create a positive, inclusive, and supportive classroom environment where children feel safe and confident to express themselves.
- Ensure a clean, organized, and stimulating physical environment that promotes learning and exploration.
- Establish and maintain classroom rules that encourage good behavior and respect for others.
- **Parent Communication**:

- Maintain open communication with parents about their child’s progress, strengths, and areas for growth.
- Conduct regular parent-teacher meetings to discuss the child’s development and address any concerns or questions.
- Provide parents with suggestions for activities they can do at home to support their child's learning.
- **Collaboration and Teamwork**:

- Work closely with other pre-school teachers and staff to plan activities and coordinate events such as field trips, holiday celebrations, and special learning days.
- Participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and professional development to stay updated on best practices in early childhood education.
- **Health and Safety**:

- Ensure the physical and emotional well-being of children at all times.
- Follow health and safety protocols, including first aid, and maintain awareness of any allergies or special needs children may have.
- Teach and promote good hygiene, self-care, and safety habits among children.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
