**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Prepare surfaces for painting (e.g., scraping, sanding, patching holes, masking, cleaning).
- Mix paints to desired color and consistency.
- Protect surrounding areas and furniture from paint spills or splashes.
- Maintain painting tools and equipment in good condition.
- Follow all safety and environmental regulations and guidelines.
- Clean up job sites and dispose of hazardous materials safely.
- Match paint colors and finishes based on customer requirements or job specifications.
- Maintain accurate records of work done and materials used.
- Collaborate with other team members and supervisors to complete projects on time.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a painter (minimum [X] years preferred).
- Familiarity with painting materials and techniques.
- Ability to work at heights and on scaffolding or ladders.
- Good physical stamina and attention to detail.
- Basic math skills for calculating surface area and estimating paint quantity.
- Ability to read blueprints and instructions.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Certification in painting or relevant trade (preferred but not required).

**Work Conditions**:

- May involve working indoors or outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Exposure to paint fumes, chemicals, and solvents—PPE must be worn.
- Physically demanding; requires standing, bending, lifting, and reaching.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹9,714.67 - ₹30,000.00 per month
