A data entry operator is responsible for inputting, maintaining, and updating data within an organization's computer systems and databases. The role requires attention to detail, accuracy, and the ability to work efficiently to ensure data quality and integrity.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Data Entry**:Accurately input data from various sources into computer systems, databases, or spreadsheets.
Verify the accuracy of data by comparing it to source documents.

**Data Maintenance**:Update and maintain existing data records to ensure they remain current and accurate.
Perform data cleaning and validation tasks to identify and rectify errors or inconsistencies.

**Data Organization**:Organize and categorize data into appropriate folders, files, or databases for easy access and retrieval.
Maintain a well-structured and organized filing system for electronic and physical records.

**Data Retrieval**:Retrieve specific data as requested by other team members or departments in a timely and efficient manner.
Assist in generating reports and summaries from the stored data.

**Quality Control**:Review data for errors, inconsistencies, and discrepancies and take corrective action as necessary.
Ensure that data entry tasks are performed with a high degree of accuracy.

**Confidentiality**:Maintain the confidentiality and security of sensitive and private information.
Follow company policies and procedures related to data protection.

**Speed and Efficiency**:Complete data entry tasks within established timeframes and meet productivity targets.
Minimize errors while working efficiently.

**Communication**:Collaborate with other team members, supervisors, or data managers to ensure data-related tasks are completed accurately and on time.
Communicate any data-related issues or discrepancies as they arise.

**Documentation**:Maintain records of completed data entry tasks and related documentation.
Create logs or reports of data-related activities as required.

**Salary**: ₹14,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
