We are seeking a detail-oriented and efficient Data Entry Operator.The ideal candidate will have excellent typing skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work with both speed and accuracy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Enter, update, and verify data into company systems and databases.
  • Review data for errors, inconsistencies, and correct any issues.
  • Maintain confidentiality and security of all data.
  • Retrieve data from databases or electronic files as requested.
  • Prepare and sort documents for data entry.
  • Generate reports and perform regular backups to ensure data preservation.
  • Assist in administrative tasks as required.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Data Entry Operator, Data Entry Clerk, or similar role.
  • Excellent typing speed and accuracy.
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel) and data entry software.
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with integrity.
  • High school diploma; additional computer training or certification will be an advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10, ₹15,000.00 per month
