**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets for fresh fruits in the assigned region.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand market reach and increase sales volume.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers, including wholesalers, retailers, and distributors.
- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, consumer preferences, and competitor activities.
- Provide product information, pricing, and support to customers to facilitate sales transactions.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including procurement, logistics, and marketing, to ensure seamless execution of sales operations.
- Prepare and submit sales reports, forecasts, and other relevant documentation in a timely manner.
- Attend sales meetings, training sessions, and industry events as required.
- Represent the company in a professional manner at all times and uphold its values and reputation.
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and compliance standards.

**Requirements**:

- BSc Agri graduate, MBA Sales and Marketing, or related field preferred.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the fresh fruits industry.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong sense of accountability.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned region and to Mumbai office as required.
- Immediate availability for joining is highly preferred.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
