**Key Responsibilities**:

- Support in the setup and optimization of automation workflows.
- Coordinate with content and design teams for timely asset delivery.
- Monitor and report campaign performance (open rates, CTR, conversions, ROI).
- Segment audiences based on purchase behavior, lifecycle stage, RFM, and campaign engagement.
- Work closely with the loyalty app to drive repeat purchases and referrals.
- Assist in churn prevention and win-back campaigns.
- Prepare weekly performance dashboards using internal tools and Google Sheets.
- Coordinate with the analytics team to derive actionable insights.
- Stay updated on D2C retention trends, tools, and best practices.

**Skills & Tools**:

- Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets (filters, pivot tables, basic formulas).
- Analytical mindset with basic knowledge of campaign metrics.
- Basic understanding of customer lifecycle, segmentation, and funnel optimization.
- Able to draw customer journey and prepare campaigns based on that.

**Soft Skills**:

- Strong coordination and communication skills.
- Quick learner with a keen interest in retention and lifecycle marketing.
- Detail-oriented and proactive in execution.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
