**Position**: International Voice Process Specialist - US Healthcare
**Location: Adyar,Chennai**
**Type**: Full-Time **(work from home after 2 months from joining)**

**NOTE: Interview will HAPPEN only in a direct walk-in** at the Concern Company.(In Chennai)

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Handle inbound and outbound calls from patients, healthcare providers, and insurance companies.
- Assist patients with inquiries related to medical billing, insurance claims, and general healthcare information.
- Verify insurance coverage and explain benefits to patients, ensuring clarity and understanding.
- Resolve any issues or concerns raised by patients regarding their healthcare bills or insurance claims.
- Document all interactions accurately and maintain thorough and organized records.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate and resolve complex issues.

**Qualifications**:

- **Excellent verbal communication skills** with a clear and neutral accent.
- Prior experience in international voice processes **(Min 1 year of experience in International voice)**:

- Familiarity with US healthcare terminology
- Strong active listening skills
- Problem-solving skills to address issues effectively and provide appropriate solutions.
- Basic computer proficiency and experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software.
