Job Title:
Onboarding Agent - Service Providers

Job Summary:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and organized Onboarding Agent to join our team. In this role, you will manage the end-to-end onboarding process for service providers across various categories. You will play a crucial role in ensuring a smooth and efficient onboarding experience, equipping service providers with the necessary tools and information to start delivering services effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
Identify and engage potential service providers across multiple categories

Guide service providers through the onboarding process, including documentation, profile creation, and system setup.

Verify and validate credentials, licenses, and compliance documents as per company policies.

Conduct training sessions or orientations to familiarize service providers with platform policies, tools, and operational guidelines.

Act as the primary point of contact for onboarding-related queries and provide timely support to service providers.

Collaborate with internal teams, such as Operations and IT, to streamline the onboarding workflow.

Monitor onboarding progress and maintain accurate records of all activities in the company database or CRM.

Collect feedback from service providers to improve the onboarding process and address potential challenges.

Ensure compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements throughout the onboarding process.

Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources.

Proven experience in onboarding, client servicing, or operations in a similar capacity.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with diverse service providers.

Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities to manage multiple onboarding processes simultaneously.

Familiarity with CRM systems, onboarding platforms, or similar tools is a plus.

Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Problem-solving skills with a focus on providing a positive experience for service providers.

Work Environment:
This roles involves working within your locality to identify and onboard service providers

Compensation and Benefits:
Competitive salary based on experience.

Salary range - upto 15000 + incentives.

Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

Work Location: In person
