**About the Role**

**Responsibilities**
- Manage and supervise daily store operations, including receipt, storage, and issuance of raw materials, accessories, and trims.
- Coordinate with the Merchandising department and purchase accessories & trims at the right time with the right quality.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and stock reports.
- Ensure proper storage, labeling, and handling of materials to prevent damage or loss.
- Conduct regular stock audits and physical verification to maintain inventory accuracy.
- Implement and maintain store procedures and safety standards.
- Minimize stock discrepancies, wastage, and losses.

**Experience & Qualifications**
- 3-5 years of experience as a Store Incharge or similar role in garments/têxtile industry.
- Knowledge of garments materials, fabrics, accessories, and trims.
- Strong organizational and inventory management skills.
- Ability to supervise and coordinate with store staff effectively.
- Proficiency in stock management systems and MS Excel is a plus.
- Good communication and team management skills.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
