**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Inventory Management**:

- Oversee the receipt, storage, and issuance of raw materials, trims, and finished products.
- Maintain accurate inventory records, regularly updating stock levels in the system and conducting physical counts to prevent discrepancies.
- **Stock Monitoring and Control**:

- Ensure that stock is organized and stored in a manner that allows for easy access and identification.
- Monitor stock levels to identify when reordering is necessary, preventing shortages and overstocking.
- **Coordination with Other Departments**:

- Work closely with the production team to ensure timely availability of materials and prevent production delays.
- Liaise with procurement and purchase departments to coordinate the replenishment of stock.
- **Documentation and Record-Keeping**:

- Maintain detailed and accurate records of stock movements, including receipts, issues, and returns.
- Prepare reports on stock status, usage trends, and inventory variances for management review.
- **Team Supervision and Training**:

- Lead and supervise store assistants or warehouse staff, providing training on proper stock handling procedures.
- Delegate tasks efficiently and ensure team members adhere to store policies and safety guidelines.
- **Quality Checks**:

- Conduct quality inspections of incoming materials to ensure they meet company standards and report any quality issues to the relevant departments.
- Ensure that defective or damaged stock is properly documented and reported.
- **Safety and Compliance**:

- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe store environment by following safety and housekeeping protocols.
- Ensure that the store complies with company policies and local regulations related to storage and inventory management.
- **Stock Reconciliation**:

- Perform periodic stock checks and coordinate full inventory audits to reconcile physical stock with records.
- Identify and report any discrepancies, investigating the causes and implementing corrective actions.
- **Supplier Coordination**:

- Work with suppliers to coordinate timely delivery of materials and resolve any delivery or quality issues.
- Maintain good relationships with suppliers to ensure smooth procurement processes.

**Essential Skills**:

- **Organizational Skills**: Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks efficiently.
- **Attention to Detail**: Ensure accuracy in stock counts, documentation, and inventory management.
- **Leadership**: Strong ability to lead a team and provide training and guidance.

**Qualifications and Experience**:

- **Experience**: 3-5 years of experience in store management or inventory control, preferably in the garment industry.
- **Software Skills**: Experience with inventory management software and ERP systems.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
