**Role Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Conduct detailed inspections of woodcraft and interior products at various stages of production.
- Identify defects, deviations, or inconsistencies in materials or workmanship.
- Document inspection findings and maintain quality records.
- Coordinate with the production team to rectify quality issues.
- Ensure compliance with internal and client-specific quality standards.
- Assist in implementing and improving quality control processes.
- Report on quality metrics and trends to the management team.
- Perform audits and prepare inspection reports as required.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 1 to 2 years of experience in quality control, preferably in real estate, construction, or interior products.
- Minimum graduation in any field.
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Familiarity with quality control tools and inspection techniques.
- Proficiency in English, Hindi, and Marathi (verbal and written).
- Good documentation and reporting skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Strong understanding of safety and compliance standards.
