**Reports To**: Production Manager

**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a detail-oriented **Quality Assurance Inspector** to join our team. The QA Inspector will be responsible for inspecting products, materials, and processes to ensure compliance with industry standards, company specifications, and regulatory requirements. This role requires strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and the ability to document and report quality issues effectively.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct visual and mechanical inspections of products and materials at various stages of production.
- Ensure that all finished products meet quality standards and customer specifications.
- Identify and report defects, deviations, and non-conformities to the QA Manager.
- Perform testing procedures using measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges.
- Maintain accurate inspection records, reports, and documentation.
- Assist in the development and implementation of quality control procedures.
- Work closely with production teams to resolve quality-related issues.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and safety standards.
- Participate in internal and external audits as required.
- Recommend process improvements to enhance product quality and efficiency.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- High school diploma or equivalent (Associate or technical degree preferred).
- Proven experience in quality inspection, manufacturing, or a related field.
- Knowledge of quality control principles, inspection techniques, and testing equipment.
- Familiarity with industry standards such as ISO, GMP, or Six Sigma is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and quality management software.
- Effective communication and teamwork skills.
