Job Description:

- Oversee on-site activities for interior design projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Coordinate with clients, contractors, and design teams to facilitate smooth project execution.
- Supervise and manage site personnel, including subcontractors and laborers, to ensure efficient workflow and productivity.
- Conduct regular site inspections to identify any issues or deviations from design plans, and take corrective actions as necessary.
- Communicate effectively with all stakeholders, providing updates on project progress, milestones, and any challenges encountered.
- Enforce safety protocols and regulations on-site to maintain a secure working environment for all personnel.
- Resolve conflicts or disputes that may arise during the course of the project, utilizing strong problem-solving skills and diplomacy.
- Monitor material procurement and inventory levels, coordinating with procurement teams to ensure timely delivery of required materials.
- Document all on-site activities, including progress reports, incident reports, and change orders, to maintain accurate project records.
- Provide support to the design team by offering insights and feedback from a practical, on-site perspective.
- Uphold company values and standards, representing the organization in a professional manner at all times.

Qualifications:

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in the interior design industry, with proven experience in site supervision.
- Proficiency in Hindi language is essential for effective communication with on-site personnel and clients.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients, contractors, and team members.
- Solid understanding of construction processes, building codes, and safety regulations.
- Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
- Problem-solving abilities and the capacity to make sound decisions under pressure.
- Knowledge of project management software and tools is preferred.

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
