**Position: Site Supervisor**

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage day-to-day on-site operations, ensuring adherence to project schedules and budgets.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
- Implement and enforce safety protocols to maintain a secure work environment.
- Conduct regular inspections to guarantee quality workmanship and compliance with specifications.
- Keep accurate records of project progress, materials, and expenses.
- Communicate effectively with project managers and clients to address any concerns and provide updates on project status.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Site Supervisor or similar role in the construction industry.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Knowledge of construction processes, safety regulations, and quality standards.
- Proficiency in project management software and MS Office Suite.
