**Responsibilities**:

- Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally and efficiently.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing queries and resolving issues.
- Perform data entry, documentation, and information processing tasks.
- Collaborate with team members to meet performance targets and goals.
- Utilize communication and problem-solving skills to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Stay updated on product or service knowledge to address customer inquiries accurately.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures for quality and compliance.
- Assist in maintaining and updating client databases.
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives for increased efficiency.

**Requirements**:

- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to handle high call volumes and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Customer-focused with a positive attitude.
- Detail-oriented and capable of multitasking.
- Willingness to work in shifts as required.
- Basic knowledge of relevant industry processes and terminology.

Languages:

- English, Hindi and Marathi.

**Salary**: Up to ₹240,000.00 per year
