**Required Qualifications & Experience**
- Graduation / Post Graduation in any field
- Must have 2-3 years experience in LAP / Mortgage loan / Housing Loan from any NBFC.
- Good Communications Skills & Leadership qualities.
- Positive attitude, Good Analytical skills.
- Knowledge of legal & Technical is must.
- Knowledge of collections and recovery is must.
- Understanding of Lending procedures.

**Role & Responsibilities**
- Research and evaluate customer’s creditworthiness.
- Predict risk from Credit scoring models.
- Review of credit files as per policy
- PD of Borrower /Co-Borrower.
- Underwriting of LAP/BL/HL as per Policy.
- Recommend/Approve /Reject loan requests, based on credibility and viability as per the policy.
- Make optimal use of the LOS and LMS and to Maintain TAT.
- To take care for timely FI execution and submission of detailed FI report by Field Investigator/s.
- Checking of loan documents as per the policy before sending for disbursement to operation department.
- Ensure the completed document is moved into the Operations Queue for further process.
- Ensure documentation is in place before sending the file for dispatch, with reviews done periodically on the documentation, besides ensuring dispatch of the physical file.
- Ensure for timely availability of approval tracker to business team.
- Ensure for timely lien marking of disbursed cases.
- Ensure for timely insurance to secure the asset.
- PDD monitoring.
- Monitor Delinquency and NPA.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
