**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Sales Monitoring & Reporting**:

- Daily updates on sales performance, sales predictions, and checklists.
- Track and analyze sales data to identify growth opportunities and potential challenges.
- **Product Growth & Management**:

- Grow product listings and optimize them across key ecommerce platforms (e.g., Blinkit, Amazon).
- Launch new products & ensure proper listing creation
- Oversee product liquidation strategies to ensure stock management and avoid overstocks.
- **Collaboration**:

- Work closely with category heads on various platforms to align product strategies and optimize listings.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with platform partners to ensure smooth product launches and performance monitoring.
- **Data Analysis & Decision-Making**:

- Leverage data-driven insights to identify sales trends, predict demand, and optimize product performance.
- Manage and monitor product profitability and P&L metrics to ensure financial targets are met.

**Core Skills & Qualifications**:

- **Data-Driven**: Strong ability to analyze data and use insights to drive decision-making.
- **Ecommerce Expertise**: Hands-on experience with ecommerce platforms like Blinkit, Amazon, and other major online marketplaces.
- **P&L Management**: Proven experience in managing product profitability, understanding margins, and driving revenue.
- **Analytical Skills**: Comfort with Excel, Google Analytics.
- **Communication & Collaboration**: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to work with cross-functional teams and platform category heads..

**Desired Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in ecommerce or a related field.
