Flexcube Techno Functional Sme

Looking for a strong FLEXCUBE Subject Matter Expert who would be responsible for:

- Developing a good understanding of the Business and System(s)
- Understand the project requirements and translate them to the requirements and specifications
- Liaising with Customer Business users and Functional Consultants for clarifications, queries and review
- Identifying Risks and slippages and Highlight to the management
- Identifying the integration strategy and integration approach
- Definition of the integration patterns
- Preparation of the Interface Specifications Design Document
- Support the testing phase (System Testing, SIT, UAT, Non-Regression Testing) and ensure quick turnaround of defect fixes.
- Managing and monitoring functional traceability matrix

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor of Engineering
- 7+ years in software development
- In-depth knowledge of FLEXCUBE v 12.x, 14.x modules, maintenances, components, services, data model, fields and data dependencies.
- Must demonstrate expertise in Banking Domain (Retail banking), complex financial analyses, regulatory guidelines
- Must have expertise in Payment modules, Payment domain (SWIFT, SEPA )
- Strong Knowledge of FLEXCUBE maintenances set up
- Working knowledge of ORACLE PL/SQL queries and other related operations
- Must have experience in Data mapping and documentation
- Extremely strong in communication skills, strong influencing & negotiating skills
- Must have business acumen to design test scenarios and test data, considering current and future customer usability
- Experience in working with global delivery models, leveraging cross location distributed teams
- Able to work independently and perform responsibilities under mínimal supervision

Operates independently to provide quality work products to an engagement. Performs varied and complex duties and tasks that need independent judgment, in order to implement Oracle products and technology to meet customer needs. Applies Oracle methodology, company procedures, and leading practices.

Participates in business development activities. Develops and leads detailed solutions for moderately complex projects.

6-8 years of experience relevant to this position including 3-4 years consulting experience preferred. Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience preferred. Product or technical expertise relevant to practice focus. Ability to communicate effectively. Ability to build rapport with team members and clients. Ability to travel as needed.
