Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Flexcube Technical Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of both the technical aspects of Oracle FLEXCUBE, including implementation, customization, integration, and support. This role requires collaboration with business stakeholders, functional consultants, and technical teams to deliver optimized FLEXCUBE solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Gather business requirements and provide end-to-end FLEXCUBE solutions covering both functional and technical aspects.
  • Configure and customize FLEXCUBE modules to meet business needs.
  • Develop, enhance, and troubleshoot PL/SQL scripts, APIs, Web Services, and FLEXCUBE Extensions.
  • Work closely with functional teams to analyze business processes and suggest optimized FLEXCUBE implementations.
  • Support integration of FLEXCUBE with third-party systems using Web Services, APIs, and Middleware technologies.
  • Conduct gap analysis and provide innovative solutions for system enhancements.
  • Provide functional and technical support during implementation, upgrades, and post-go-live phases.
  • Troubleshoot technical and functional issues, coordinate with Oracle support if required, and ensure timely resolution.
  • Ensure compliance with banking regulations, security policies, and best practices.
  • Prepare user documentation, training materials, and conduct training sessions for end-users.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in Oracle FLEXCUBE with technical expertise.
  • Strong knowledge of FLEXCUBE Core Banking modules, workflows, and configurations.
  • Hands-on experience in PL/SQL, Java, Web Services (SOAP/REST), Microservices and FLEXCUBE APIs.
  • Experience with FLEXCUBE Extensibility Framework, FCUBS, OBPM, OBLM, OBBRN and related modules.
  • Strong understanding of FLEXCUBE data model, integration techniques, and system customization.
  • Proficiency in Oracle Database, Application Servers (WebLogic), and Middleware Technologies.
  • Ability to analyze business processes and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Experience in performance tuning, troubleshooting, and system optimization.
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
