DevOps Trainer

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and deliver engaging training programs focused on **DevOps concepts**, practices, tools, and **Linux administration**.
- Teach students both foundational and advanced Linux system administration skills, including system configuration, networking, security, and scripting.
- Introduce and guide learners on essential DevOps tools like **Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins, Git**, and **CI/CD pipelines**.
- Provide hands-on training, demonstrating real-world DevOps workflows, automation, and containerization.
- Develop comprehensive training materials, including exercises, labs, assignments, and instructional content.
- Conduct both virtual and in-person training sessions, ensuring an interactive and engaging learning experience.
- Evaluate students' progress, provide feedback, and support learners in mastering complex technical concepts.
- Continuously update training content to incorporate the latest trends and tools in DevOps and Linux systems.
- Foster a collaborative learning environment that encourages participation and knowledge sharing.
- Work closely with the academy’s leadership to align training programs with industry standards and evolving technologies.
- Track student outcomes and assist in refining the curriculum to improve learning experiences.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- Strong expertise in **Linux administration**, including hands-on experience with **system installation, configuration, troubleshooting**, and automation.
- Proficiency with **DevOps tools** (Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins, GitLab, Terraform, Ansible).
- Solid understanding of **cloud platforms** (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and **container orchestration**.
- Experience in building and deploying CI/CD pipelines for automation and deployment.
- Hands-on experience with **shell scripting** and **Python** for automating tasks.
- Deep knowledge of infrastructure management, monitoring tools, and logging.
- Strong troubleshooting skills in both Linux environments and DevOps workflows.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts in a clear, concise, and engaging manner.
- Relevant certifications (RHCE, LFCS, Docker, Kubernetes) are desirable.

**Education and Experience**:

- Bachelor’s degree in **Computer Science, Information Technology**, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- At least 3 years of professional experience in **Linux administration**, DevOps practices, or related fields.
- Experience in training or mentoring individuals in technical topics is highly preferred.

Pay: ₹342,447.04 - ₹1,435,380.95 per year
