**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Deliver comprehensive training programs (both online and offline) on a wide range of IT technologies, including but not limited to programming languages, software development, cloud computing, data science, DevOps, cybersecurity, and blockchain.
- Develop customized training content, including presentations, videos, and hands-on labs to suit the skill levels of diverse learners.
- Conduct workshops, boot camps, and live training sessions for students, freshers, and experienced professionals.
- Assess trainees' progress through quizzes, projects, and assignments and provide constructive feedback.
- Stay updated with the latest developments in the IT field and adjust training programs accordingly.
- Collaborate with the Crypto.dev team to improve course offerings and training methods.
- Guide and mentor students to help them achieve their career objectives.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as an IT Trainer or similar role, with a strong portfolio of training delivered in various IT domains.
- In-depth knowledge of multiple programming languages (e.g., Python, JavaScript, Java, C++, etc.), tools, and technologies.
- Expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure), DevOps tools (Docker, Kubernetes), and emerging technologies like blockchain and AI.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage and inspire learners.
- Prior experience with learning management systems (LMS) and online teaching tools is a plus.
- Ability to manage both online and offline training sessions, including scheduling and logistics.
- Relevant certifications in IT or technology (e.g., AWS Certified, Google Cloud Professional) are preferred.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
