**JOB DESCRIPTION**:
We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to join our team. This role is essential for fostering strong, long-lasting client relationships, ensuring that each client’s journey with us starts off on right foot. You will also gather and process client feedback to ensure customer satisfaction and continuous improvement of our offerings.

**KEY RESPONSILITIES**:

- Welcome new clients over the phone, ensuring they feel valued and informed about the onboarding process.
- Regularly engage clients to gather feedback on their experience with our services.
- Document, analyze, and report client feedback to relevant internal teams to help drive improvements.
- Provide excellent customer service by actively listening to client needs and delivering tailored solutions.
- Demonstrate a positive, solution-oriented attitude in all client interactions.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
