**The Role**:
- Manage day-to-day B2C transport operations within Gujarat, ensuring timely and cost-effective deliveries.- Coordinate with third-party transport vendors for vehicle placement, route planning, and delivery execution.- Monitor vehicle movement, transit times, and resolve in-transit issues.- Track shipments and maintain MIS for daily logistics activities.- Handle customer complaints related to delivery delays or transport issues.- Ensure adherence to safety, compliance, and quality standards in logistics.
- Work closely with the warehouse and order fulfillment teams for efficient dispatches.

**Qualifications we look for**:
- Any Graduate ( BE, B.Tech, B.Sc, BA)- Minimum 2 years of experience in logistics/transport operations, preferably in a B2C or e-commerce setup.- Strong understanding of local transport routes across Gujarat.- Good with Hindi communication.- Proficient in MS Excel and basic logistics software/tools.- Good coordination and vendor management skills.
- Problem-solving mindset and ability to work under pressure.
