Planning, Contracting & Estimation
Position: Assistant Manager - Planning, Contracting & Estimation
Education: B.E. Civil
Experience: 3-4 years of experience
Salary Package: CTC 40 to 50k,
Languages: English along with south Indian languages.
Job Descriptions:
Review of drawings for completeness and best practices;
- Consulting with clients’ vendors, personnel in other departments, or construction supervision to discuss and formulate estimates and resolve issues;
- Analysing blueprints, construction drawings, and other documentation to prepare time, cost, materials, and labour estimates
- Preparing estimates for use in selecting vendors or subcontractors;
- Conferring with engineers, designers, owners, contractors, and subcontractors on changes and adjustments to cost estimates;
- Analyse direct and indirect cost budget
- Conduct periodic site visits to: monitor construction, review contractors’ requisitions for payment, and recommend the release of construction funds;
- Observe general compliance of as-built conditions with the contract drawings and specifications;
- Review construction schedules, trade payment breakdowns, job cost reports, and payment requisitions
