Key Responsibilities:

- Assist in the creation, editing, and maintenance of product listings particularly Etsy and E-bay Portal.
- Ensure product information, images, and pricing are accurate and up-to-date.
- Manage inventory levels and coordinate with the warehouse team for stock updates.

Customer Service:

- Resolve customer issues and complaints promptly and effectively.
- Process returns and refunds according to company policy.

Order Processing:

- Monitor and process incoming orders.
- Coordinate with shipping and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery.
- Track shipments and provide customers with updates on their orders.

Marketing Support:

- Support the creation of promotional materials and content for the website and other digital platforms.
- Analyze sales data and customer feedback to identify trends and suggest improvements.
- Perform regular checks to ensure the website is functioning correctly.
- Assist with updating website content, banners, and promotional information.

Reporting and Analysis:

- Generate regular reports on sales, traffic, and customer behavior.
- Analyze data to identify areas for improvement and support decision-making processes.
- Assist in competitor analysis and market research.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field preferred.
- Proven experience in an ecommerce or retail environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
