**Job Description**:
Job Summary:
The Interior Design Procurement Specialist will be responsible for sourcing, purchasing, and managing the procurement of furnishings, materials, and products for various design projects. This role requires a keen eye for detail, strong negotiation skills, and an understanding of design trends and materials.

Key Responsibilities:
Sourcing and Purchasing:
Research and identify suppliers and vendors that align with project needs and budget.

Obtain quotes and negotiate pricing, terms, and delivery schedules to secure the best possible deals.

Place and manage purchase orders for furnishings, materials, and accessories.

Project Coordination:
Collaborate with interior designers and project managers to understand project specifications and timelines.

Track orders and ensure timely delivery of products to meet project deadlines.

Coordinate with contractors and installers to ensure proper handling and installation of procured items.

Inventory Management:
Maintain accurate records of all purchases, including costs, suppliers, and inventory levels.

Conduct regular inventory checks and manage stock levels to prevent shortages or overstock situations.

Vendor Relations:
Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors.

Evaluate vendor performance and seek opportunities for improvement.

Market Research:
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, materials, and innovations to recommend new products and suppliers.

Attend trade shows and industry events to network and gather insights.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Business Administration, or a related field.

Proven experience in procurement or purchasing within the interior design or related industry.

Strong negotiation and communication skills.

Proficiency in design software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp) and procurement software.

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Skills:
Knowledge of current design trends and materials.

Experience with budgeting and cost management.

Pay: ₹13,007.36 - ₹49,198.27 per month
