**Job Summary**

We are looking for a full-time AI/NLP Intern to support our work in prompt engineering, LLM fine-tuning, and RAG-based problem solving. This role offers hands-on experience with production-grade AI tools and the opportunity to contribute to impactful, real-world projects.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Design and iterate on effective prompts to optimize LLM performance for various use cases
- Contribute to the development and optimization of RAG pipelines using frameworks such as LangChain or Haystack
- Perform fine-tuning and evaluation of open-source large language models (e.g., LLaMA, Mistral, Falcon)
- Conduct model performance analysis and implement improvements based on evaluation metrics
- Collaborate with team members on problem-solving, architecture planning, and testing
- Research and experiment with cutting-edge techniques in prompt engineering and NLP

**Required Qualifications**
- Solid foundation in Python and machine learning fundamentals
- Basic understanding of large language models and natural language processing techniques
- Familiarity with LangChain, Haystack, or similar frameworks
- Knowledge of vector databases (e.g., FAISS, Pinecone, Weaviate) and embeddings
- Good analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Self-driven and eager to learn in a fast-paced, collaborative environment

**Preferred Qualifications (Bonus Skills)**
- Experience with Hugging Face Transformers and Datasets libraries
- Exposure to fine-tuning or training of open-source LLMs
- Experience with REST APIs, containerization (Docker), and deployment tools
- Understanding of RAG-based architectures and document retrieval techniques
