**Role Description**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Experience working on state client requirements (mandatory)**:

- **Job Postings**: Assist with creating and posting job advertisements on various platforms, ensuring they are accurate and engaging.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Eagerness to learn and grow within the recruitment field.

**Job Type**: Full Time

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Begumpet, Hyderabad, Telangana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

Minimum Experience : 2+ years (required)

Shift availability:

- Night Shift
- Work Location: In person

Expected Start Date: 07/07/2025

**Job Type**: Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 12 months

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Night shift
- US shift

Supplemental Pay:

- Performance bonus
- Quarterly bonus
