**Responsibilities**:

- Contacting and coordinating with vendors to secure equipment, props, and other necessary items for the shoot.
- Contacting and coordinating with models to ensure their availability for the shoot.
- Assisting with location scouting and securing locations for the shoot.
- Coordinating with the photographer/videographer to ensure that all necessary equipment is available and set up properly.
- Assisting with the creation and distribution of call sheets, schedules, and shot lists.
- Ensuring that all necessary paperwork and releases are signed and filed properly.
- Assisting with managing the budget and ensuring that all expenses are accounted for.
- Assisting with managing the production crew and ensuring that everyone is working together efficiently.
- Troubleshooting any issues that may arise during the shoot.
- Assisting with post-production tasks, including reviewing footage and selecting shots.

**Requirements**:

- Currently pursuing a degree or certificate in film production, photography, or a related field.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with production software such as Adobe Creative Suite, Final Cut Pro, or Avid Media Composer is a plus.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings if necessary.

**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
