**Role Description**

This is a full-time on-site role for a CA Partner at R. Harlalka & Co. located in Kolkata. The CA Partner will be responsible for providing audit, assurance, and management consultancy services. The role involves conducting statutory audits, tax audits, and stock audits, as well as developing financial, accounting, internal control, and internal audit manuals. The CA Partner will also work closely with the team to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of assignments.

**Qualifications**
- Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA)
- Expertise in taxation, regulatory compliance, and financial compliance
- Experience in conducting statutory audits, tax audits, and stock audits
- Familiarity with financial, accounting, internal control, and internal audit practices
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team and manage client relationships
- High level of integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
