**Role Overview**:
This role is perfect for someone who is both **sales-driven** and **operationally sharp**. You’ll be the voice to potential customers—understanding their needs, pitching the right products, closing deals—and then ensuring those orders are smoothly processed, delivered, and followed up.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct outbound and inbound tele-calls to pitch products, handle queries, and convert leads into customers.
- Manage the entire sales cycle—from initial call to order confirmation and post-sale follow-ups.
- Understand customer fitness/nutrition needs and suggest the most suitable products.
- Maintain accurate records in CRM and trackers for daily calls, leads, orders, and team metrics.
- Coordinate closely with logistics partners for order fulfillment, timely dispatches, and delivery updates.
- Handle any customer issues or escalations with empathy and speed.
- Monitor product inventory, order reports, and daily sales performance.
- Collaborate with the marketing team for running campaigns, offers, and lead nurturing.
- Train and guide junior tele-callers (as the team scales).
- Recommend process improvements to streamline sales and back-end operations.

**Who You Are**:

- A natural people person with a passion for **sales and customer interaction**.
- Strong phone presence with the ability to _listen, pitch, and close_ confidently.
- Highly organised and proactive, with an eye for detail.
- Comfortable using tools like Google Sheets, CRM platforms, WhatsApp for Business, etc.
- Prior experience in **tele-sales, customer support, or operations** (especially in e-commerce or nutrition/fitness) is a big plus.
