**Purpose of the role**:

- To execute CSR initiatives that aligns with Equitas Vision & Mission
- To coordinate Equitas Asset, Liability Teams and communities for carrying out the budgeted CSR initiatives

**Key Responsibilities**:
a. To identify, Counsel and help those women living on pavements to move to a house.

b. To scrutinize house advance requests and should recommend only the eligible cases for next level approval.
