**Job description**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Plan, execute, and optimize paid ad campaigns across Google, Bing, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), YouTube, and other relevant platforms.
- Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and budget allocation to maximize campaign performance.
- Collaborate with designers and copywriters to create high-converting ad creatives and landing pages.
- Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance metrics (CPC, CPA, ROAS, CTR, etc.).
- Monitor and adjust bids and budgets to ensure efficiency and ROI.
- A/B test creatives, audiences, and landing pages to continuously improve performance.
- Stay updated with platform changes, ad policies, and industry best practices.
- Coordinate with internal teams to align campaign goals with business objectives.

**Required Skills**:

- Any Graduate
- Minimum 3 years of experience.
- Understanding of digital marketing concepts and best practices.
- Excellent Communication Skills
- Well-versed with Google AdWords, Bing, Meta ads, etc.
- Strong understanding of bidding techniques.
- Data-driven and analytical.
- Strong at statistical analysis and spreadsheets.
- Willing to try new strategies.
