As a sales and marketing representative for our music production studio, your primary responsibility will be to generate revenue by attracting new clients and retaining existing ones. You will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to increase our studio's visibility, promote our services, and generate leads. You will also be responsible for closing deals with potential clients and ensuring that they have an exceptional experience working with us.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to generate leads, attract new clients, and retain existing ones.
- Build and maintain relationships with potential clients, industry influencers, and other stakeholders.
- Close deals with potential clients, negotiate contracts, and ensure that all parties are satisfied with the terms.
- Collaborate with the production team to develop customized proposals and pitches that meet the client's needs and budget.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and other relevant data.
- Continuously monitor market trends and adjust marketing strategies accordingly.
- Attend industry events and trade shows to network and promote the studio's services.
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure that clients have a positive experience working with us.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the music industry or a related field.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Familiarity with CRM software, marketing automation tools, and social media platforms.
- Passion for music and a deep understanding of the music production process.
- Ability to work collaboratively with other team members and departments.
- A proven track record of achieving sales targets and generating revenue.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

**Salary**: Up to ₹40,000.00 per month

- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

- Mohali, Punjab: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
