**Job Title**: Sales Representative

**Responsibilities**:

- Actively seek out new sales opportunities through networking, cold calling, and social media
- Present, promote, and sell One O Sportswear products to potential customers
- Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships
- Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within the given timeframe
- Keep abreast of product knowledge, market trends, and competitor activities
- Attend trade shows, events, and conferences to represent the brand and generate leads
- Provide excellent customer service and address customer inquiries in a timely manner

**Requirements**:

- Proven work experience as a Sales Representative or similar role
- Track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Familiarity with CRM practices and ability to build productive business relationships
- Availability to travel and attend events as needed
- Passion for sports and a good understanding of sportswear trends
