**Role & Responsibilities**
- Market Expansion: Identify and establish relationships with new stores and retailers in **Muzaffarpur, Bhagalpur, Purnia, Gaya, Patna** to expand our market presence.
- Reorder Management: Work closely with existing stores to understand their inventory needs and facilitate the reordering process.
- Sales Meetings: Conduct regular meetings with potential and existing clients to showcase company’s product range and secure sales agreements.
- Market Analysis: Stay updated on market trends, competition, and customer preferences to provide valuable insights for business growth.
- Achieve Sales Targets: Set and achieve sales targets, contributing to the overall growth and success of the organization.
- Graduate in any discipline with 4+ years of experience
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the food or FMCG industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluency in multiple languages, especially English and regional language preferred.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadline
- Willingness to travel frequently within the assigned regions
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills
- Knowledge of the snack and food market is a plus
